Aerial Sling is a strong fabric joined together to form a hammock.

Our sling class is designed as both as sling lessons and an entry-level class for aerial silks. During this class, you will learn transactions and drops using the fabric to further your knowledge of vertical aerial skills.

Once ready, your instructor will let you know when you are ready to progress onto silks or sling (improvers)! Silks are the same material as fabric, however, it is hung as 2 separate pieces hanging next to each other. To learn more about silks please click here.

We currently run 2 sling classes a week, one for absolute beginners and one for people already with experience!
